If an order must be cancelled due to pricing error, any payment received will be refunded.

9. SHIPPING

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Muse Nails is not liable for delays caused by:

• postal services

• strikes

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees.

10. RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned except where required by law.

11. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs.

Muse Nails reserves the right to determine whether an issue constitutes a manufacturing defect.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or improper application are not considered defects.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muse Nails shall not be liable for:

tagging Muse Nails or using our hashtags, they grant Muse Nails a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, edit and use such content for marketing purposes, unless the customer expressly withdraws permission where legally permitted.

17. PROMOTIONS

Discount codes:

• cannot be combined unless expressly stated
• have no cash value
• may be modified or withdrawn at any time

Muse Nails reserves the right to cancel promotions resulting from technical errors or abuse.

18. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Muse Nails is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence.
