Yes. Every MUSE nail is handmade, one by one, by professional nail technicians — never by a machine. That is why the cuticle edge is thin, the finish is glossy and the shape looks like a real salon manicure, not a press-on.

MUSE press-on nails are handmade, designed in-house and built to be reused. Drugstore sets are usually machine-made, thick at the cuticle and made for one wear. MUSE sets have an ultra-thin cuticle edge for a natural finish, come in a reusable case inside our signature burgundy box, and can be worn again and again with proper care.

MUSE press-on nail sets cost between €19.99 and €29.99, depending on the design. Minimal sets such as Allura start at €19.99; hand-painted nail art such as Valentina or Agatha sits at the top of the range. A salon gel or BIAB manicure often costs €40 or more, and a MUSE set can be worn more than once.

If you want salon nails without the salon appointment, yes. One set costs less than a typical salon manicure, takes about five minutes to apply, does not damage your natural nails when used correctly, and can be worn again and again. Your nail appointment has been cancelled indefinitely.

No. When applied and removed correctly, MUSE press-on nails do not damage your natural nails. There is no drilling, no UV lamp and no acetone soak, which makes them a gentler alternative to gel, acrylics or BIAB. The only rule: never pull or force them off — soak them loose instead.

Yes. Wait 2–3 hours after application before getting your nails wet so the adhesive can set. After that you can shower and wash your hair as usual. For long swims, hot baths or a week by the sea, use nail glue rather than tabs for a stronger hold, and wear gloves for washing up.

Yes — especially our short sets. Short squoval and square shapes such as Amora (Baby French), Carolina Short, Electra Short and Maran Short are made for typing, the gym and busy days. Long almond sets suit events, dinners and holidays. Same five-minute application either way.

Yes. Many MUSE girls apply a set the morning of a wedding, a date or a night out and take it off the next day. For one-day events, adhesive tabs are ideal: secure for the day, easy to remove, and the set goes straight back in its case for next time.

Use adhesive tabs for short wear and easy reuse; use nail glue for the longest hold. Tabs are included in every MUSE set, last 7–14 days and come off cleanly, which makes them best for events, weekends and switching designs often. MUSE Nail Glue (€7.99, sold separately) holds for up to 3 weeks and suits holidays and water-heavy weeks. Extra MUSE Sticky Tabs cost €4.99.

Soak your hands in warm water for a few minutes, then slide the wooden cuticle stick gently under the side of each press-on until it lifts. Never pull or peel them off. Glue takes a little longer to loosen than tabs — keep soaking rather than forcing. Finish with cuticle oil or your usual nail care.

Press-on nails usually lift for one of four reasons: oil left on the natural nail, the wrong size, water too soon after application, or a nail curve that doesn't match. Clean each nail with the alcohol pad, pick a size that covers the nail edge to edge without touching the skin, keep hands dry for 2–3 hours, and press each nail for a full 30 seconds. Tip: a few seconds of warm air from a hairdryer on the tabs before pressing improves the grip.

Yes. You can file MUSE nails shorter or adjust the shape with the nail file in your set. File the sides slightly if a nail is a little too wide for a perfect fit.

Soak the MUSE nails in hot water for about five minutes, then press them onto your natural nails so they soften and take your curve. Let them cool, then apply as usual. This works well for flatter or very curved nail beds.

For a natural, clean-girl manicure, choose Allura (glazed French tip, almond), Amora (Baby French, short) or Carolina (milky natural pink, almond or short). All three have the thin MUSE cuticle edge, so they read as your own nails — only better.

After removal, peel or rub any leftover tab or glue off the back of each nail, wipe them with the alcohol pad and let them dry. Store them in their MUSE case, in finger order, away from heat and direct sun so the shape and finish stay perfect.

Every MUSE set includes 10 handmade press-on nails in your chosen design and size, adhesive tabs, a nail file, a cuticle stick, an alcohol prep pad, application instructions and a reusable case, presented in our signature burgundy box. Nail glue is sold separately.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (not on weekends or public holidays), then delivered in:

Launches, holidays and promotions can add a day or two. For an event, order at least a week ahead.

Shipping to Spain costs €5 and is free on orders over €39. For all other countries, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Spend €49 or more and we add a free gift to your order.

Orders within the EU pay no customs — we ship from within the EU. Orders to the UK, US, Canada and other non-EU countries may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; these are paid by the customer unless checkout says otherwise.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

We don't offer exchanges. If your set is still sealed, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and place a new order for the size or design you want. Not sure about your size? Check the size guide on the product page before ordering, or email us first.

Email info@musenailsatelier.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the parcel and the product. If it was damaged in transit or we sent the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
